Reservation Procedure and Cancellation Policy

• To reserve a room, we require a £25 deposit in the form of a personal cheque
• The remaining may be paid in cash or by personal cheque
• Bookings, either verbal or by email or in writing, represent a legal contract, which must be honoured by both parties
• In case of cancellation, we should be grateful for as much notice as possible
• Deposits will only be returned if the room is re-let
