We would like to welcome you to our period house conveniently situated near Kelvedon station for easy access to London. This inviting Listed Building overlooks the River Blackwater and its ducks in a quiet street in this rural village.

Accommodation consists of two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and one twin bedroom with its own bathroom. Breakfast is served in the conservatory with a view down the landscaped garden or in the family kitchen.

A cot and a high chair are available on request at no extra cost.
Wireless internet (wi-fi) access is also available.

Swan Street is a cul-de-sac thus providing safe street parking, however secure off street parking can be provided.

We regret that Swan House, being an old property, has lots of steps and stairs and is, therefore, not suitable for wheelchair access.
